Step 1: Free Consultation

 During this free assessment, we will do a walk-through of your home to determine if we are well suited to accommodate your needs. 
There are different factors we will be assessing including the total amount of time necessary to set up, your time frame, what items will be included in the sale, and your expectations of cleanup following the sale.  Depending on these factors, our commission rate ranges between 40%-55%. We want this to be a positive and helpful experience and we promise to go above and beyond to serve you.

Step 2: Pre-Sale

Once we find each other to be a good fit, the presale stage begins.
Every Little Thing will be...    
- Organizing & Staging: Our team will turn even the most cluttered mess into a presentable, attractive sale space. 
- Pricing: We use our knowledge of the market so that your items are sold for their full worth.
- Advertising: We advertise our sales on Everylittlethingestatesales.com, Estatesales.net and Craiglist.  We also send out emails to our list of previous customers.

  Step 3: Day of Sale

Now the big day is here!
Every Little Thing will take care of Every Little thing... 
- Cashier: We offer our customers the ability to pay using cash, debit, and credit cards.
- Ledger: We keep track of the items we sell via a ledger.  This allows our clients to see exactly what items have sold over $100.
- Uniforms: Our team will be wearing easily recognizable shirts so that customers with questions can easily identify someone to assist them.
- Access control: We will establish one entry and exit point to the sale. The customers, arriving before the sale time, will be given numbered tickets to ensure their spot through the door. Also, we will use numbered tickets to control the number of customers within the sale space, at any given time, to prevent over-crowding.
- Signs: We will post signs directing customers to the sale, yard signs at the sale location, and visible parking signs so the Estate sale is easily identified.

  Step 4: Post-Sale

The big day is over.
Every Little Thing will leave the house ready for your next step. 
- Cleanout: After the sale, we oftentimes donate the remaining items to a local
non-profit charity with our clients receiving tax benefits. We will leave the house clean and presentable.
- Payment: Our clients receive a check within 7 days.
- Feedback: We encourage our clients to fill out a questionnaire describing their experience.
